Hi, I'm Sean.

I believe technology should be a bridge, not a barrier. Too often, tech help is full of jargon that assumes you already know how everything works. I take a different approach. I explain things in plain language and help you learn at your own pace, step by step.

When we work together, my goal is to help you feel confident using your devices so you can stay connected and independent. That might mean:

• Making video calls so you can see your grandkids.

• Using the internet safely and spotting scams.

• Setting up your device so it works the way you want it to.

Teaching practical technology skills that help older adults stay socially connected, even from home, means a lot to me. One of the most rewarding moments is watching someone realize their device isn’t nearly as complicated as it first seemed, and seeing it turn from a source of frustration into something genuinely useful.
