What spaces are available for us to meet?

We can meet at a coffee shop, library, mall, or community centre if they have open seating available.

What if the location we were supposed to meet at has no seating?

We will try our best to come early and reserve a spot for our lesson. If no space is available, we will try to find an alternative location of your choosing.

Can I make an appointment at my home?

We prefer to meet in a public space. If you prefer a home appointments will cost an additional $10 and will require you to sign a waiver. (Waivers will be sent to your email or handed to you in person. We require a signed copy of the waiver before entering your residence.)

Can I provide food or drinks to the tutors?

Our tutors do not accept any food, drinks, or beverages offered to them.

Do I have to tip?

No, our tutors do not expect to receive a tip.

What is your refund policy?

If your issue was not adequately addressed, we will provide you with a full refund.

What if I want to cancel?

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. You can email us at clarITyrichmond@outlook.com or phone us at 672-533-7797. There is no cancellation fee if you can no longer make your appointment.

How do I pay?

Our services are cash only. We do not accept credit or debit payments at the moment.

What type of technology issues can you help me with?

We can help you with general issues such as booking appointments, using your mobile phone, sending emails, using AI, setting up a laptop, and registering for programs, etc.

However, we cannot help with developing software or applications, teaching coding, hacking, building a computer, or addressing other complex technology issues. If you are unsure whether we can help with your issue, please contact us first, and we will let you know if our services are right for you.
